The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, including 1 master suites with private baths. Large loft with 2 beds. The 5th bedroom is an office. Each has ample outlets for charging devices & TVs for entertainment. We have a 2 car garage attached to the farm house , a 2 car detached garage, and plenty of parking.
FAMILY AREA
ACCOMMODATION
Fully equipped with state of art appliances and equipment. You can comfortably seat 3 at the island and 8 at the farmhouse dining table. The family room is open to the kitchen with a large couch, 4 comfortable chairs and huge TV.
AMENITIES
Towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hairdryer in the bathrooms. Bedding is provided and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy a coffee maker & WiFi
PROPERTY
The house sits on 200 fenced in acres with a small private lake. Outside there is a very large patio with view of the lake. Rolling hills , wooded areas and 2 beautiful hay fields.
HORSE BOARDING
The property also has two 1/4 acre horse paddocks with a run in shed & have automatic waters. We offer 200 acres of fenced in grazing and trail riding.
LAKE & FISHING
We have a stocked catch & release pond with a nice dock. Make sure you bring your fishing pole & fishing license!
